How to return a product purchased on the Laboratoire SVR website?

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days following receipt of your order.

The return concerns products delivered in good condition. The products must be presented in their original packaging without having been used, with the gifts sent in the order if applicable.

The refund will be for the products and the initial delivery costs directly to the credit card used when ordering.

The shipping costs linked to the return of your products remain your responsibility.

1. Send your withdrawal request to consumer service at hello@svr.com , specifying the following information: order number, product to be returned, reason for return by adding the withdrawal form which you will find below.

2. Download the withdrawal form here and return it in your package

3. Send your package to the following address:

4.As soon as your package is posted, inform consumer service by sending an email to hello@svr.com

Orders without a Return Slip cannot be taken into account.
