Where can I get samples?

To test our different ranges of products as well as our new products, 3 trial doses can be added to your basket upon selection by you at the time of your order.

Samples of our products are also available in pharmacies, parapharmacies, on request from you, we invite you to go to the 'Points of sale' page to find the retailer closest to you by clicking on the following link: https://www.svr.com/fr/points-de-vente .

Since the promulgation of the Climate and Resilience Law ( Law n°2021-1104 of August 22, 2021) and in order to avoid waste, we no longer systematically give samples in store or on svr.fr.

Do you have a loyalty program?

We do not offer a loyalty program but our teams are working to develop this service.

Can I obtain a catalog of your products?

Concerned about the environment, we do not publish a paper catalog with the exhaustive list of our products. You will find all the information on our ranges with a description by product on our website.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request its cancellation by sending an email to hello@svr.com

After shipping, you cannot cancel or modify it.

When is the refund made?

The refund is made on average within 10 days after receipt of your package.

Where can I get more information about a product and your brand?

You will find on our website all the information concerning our products in their data sheet. For example, you will find the following information there : for which skin types; active ingredients and list of ingredients (INCI); use of the product.

Are the products of the SVR laboratory tested on animals?

We do not practice animal tests and thus respect the European regulations which prohibit the use of such methods.

Where to buy the SVR laboratory products?

You can order all our products on our website. You can also find them in pharmacies and parapharmacies. To find the nearest point of sale, go to our Store Locator.

What are the delivery times in France and abroad?

Orders placed on the site are dispatched within 48 hours and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) by Colissimo. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are dispatched within 72 hours. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days, which is the usual average for order processing and delivery.

Laboratoire SVR's France / Europe e-shop ships to the following countries only: Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (mainland & Corsica), Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

Belgium (Benelux - Luxembourg & Netherlands), Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany - Austria, Poland, Romania and Morocco have their own e-shop.

What are the delivery rates?

Packing and shipping costs are free of charge for any order of 50€ or more.

For orders less than this amount to France, a contribution of 7€ is required.

For orders less than this amount to European countries listed in the FAQ, a participation fee of 7€ is charged.

How do I return a product purchased on the SVR laboratory website?

You have a 14 day cooling off period following receipt of your order.

The return is for products delivered in good condition. The products must be presented in their original packaging without having been used, with the gifts sent in the order if necessary.

The refund will relate to the products and the initial expenses of delivery directly on the credit card used at the time of the order.

The carriage costs related to the return of your products remain with your load.

1. Send your request for retractation to the consumer service to hello@svr.com, by specifying the following information: number of order, product to be turned over, reason for the return by adding the form of retractation which you will find below.

2. Download the withdrawal form here and return it in your package

3. Send your package to the following address:

4. Once your package mailed, inform the consumer service by sending an email to hello@svr.com

Orders without a return form will not be taken into account.

How do I check the status and track the status of my order?

A confirmation e-mail is sent to you after validation of your order. When your order is taken care of by La Poste, you will receive an e-mail from Colissimo in order to follow its delivery. At any time, you can track the status via your customer account.

We invite you to check your junk mail.

What payment methods are accepted on your e-shop?

We accept payments with MasterCard, Visa, Amex or PayPal credit cards.

For the moment, we do not accept:
-credit cards with a billing address located outside of metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco
-the counter refunds
-cheques and money orders

Please note : for your security, your name and your address must be the same as those shown on the card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with these terms.

My product is unavailable, when can I order it?

Some products may be out of stock. In this case, we do our best to restock them. You can go to the out of stock product page and click on 'Notify me by e-mail'. You will be notified when the product is available again.

I forgot my password, how can I get it back?

After clicking on the "forgot password?" button, enter your email address. We will then send you a link to reset your password.

How do I create or access my customer account?

To access your customer account, simply click on the "my account" icon. This will allow you to place your orders faster, register multiple delivery addresses, view and track your orders. Not a customer yet? Click on the "my account" icon and then "create my account" and fill in the requested personal information (surname, first name, email address and password).
